We had a great time. Staff is very friendly and went out of their way to welcome us. Great prices on drinks. Fun karaoke crowd. Just and overall welcoming place to hang out.

We had the time of our lives here last night! Great music, pool, buck hunter- perfect dive bar. Couldn't have been happier with the bartender. I can't remember his name, but he had dark hair and glasses and tattoos. Awesome service, really funny!

Maybe 2.5 stars. Service is not the top priority here. Good place for a beer.

Great little divey joint! Good prices, awesome bartender (ask for Mel!), and interesting decor. Jukebox and pool table are a plus :) They only server burgers and Tombstone pizzas - but if you are a meatitarian, that may be enough!

We spent 3.5 weeks (7/8/13 - 8/1/13) in Grand Lake and hung out at this bar a couple of times. It's a nice place. Bartenders are nice and welcoming. Prices are decent. I had the Bronco Burger and I think it was one of the better bugers in town.

Stayed nearby for our 1st wedding anniversary last weekend and walked into this place and loved it. very friendly bartenders and loved the decor. and the music (not live, although heard they have bands) was my type = classic and 80's rock! very cool place. food selection didn't look great (small grill in corner of bar), but who cares as the beer was cheap and good!

It was a Sunday night - not exactly a happening time in Grand Lake. My husband "T" and I had already been to another bar (Grumpy's) and to the local microbrewery/pizza joint, and I just wanted to go back to our hotel and pick up where I'd left off in my latest road-trip book. T, ever the social butterfly, dragged me into the Lariat for "one last drink." It ended up being the best place we visited in all of Grand Lake! There was a live band in the back, composed of two older men singing Neil Young and other similar songs. The music was nice - not too loud to get in the way of conversation but still plenty audible, the songs familiar enough to sing along to if you were so inclined, the musicians very friendly. The bartender and other patrons were also extremely friendly. The bar was filled with all sorts of tacky western-themed paraphernalia and things on the wall such as a toilet seat cover with a sign saying to open for a view of the biggest jackass in the west (inside was a mirror). T and I spent a couple hours enjoying a few gin and tonics - our go-to summer drink - and left the Lariat more content than when we entered.
